- As we start off on a new year, Kylee offers a perfect example of what new lessons and transformations come in the wake of our journeys toward healing. She offers us a fresh glimpse not only into the strength and creativity that help us through, but ultimately at the choice one must make to heal. So many survivors get caught in the trap of allowing our past abuse and trauma to define them and in doing so they trap themselves. Theres so much more to survivors than just their stories. A survivor's faucets are limitless.

- As a child Phyllis literally grew up with nothing, including not having adequate food or shelter. However, despite everything, she eventually was able to build upon her own strengths and transform herself into the extraordinary human being she is today. Please take the time to read her archive and keep in mind that overcoming all that she has is far from impossible. It just takes dedication to truely living one's life. It takes determination to surpass the drone of going through the simple motions of mere survivial that can often seem so comfortable and safe. In the face of merely getting by, the strength of the human spirit is boundless.
