- Eden R. is a living example to all survivors that we can find new ways to cope with the psychological aftermath of abuse and trauma. We each have it in us to look beneath the surface of our self-destructive and self-injurious behaviors, and to identify the resiliency factors we each possess. These strengths can be used to help us in overcoming adversity and supporting our own voices!
