I’ve said for many years that survivors of abuse and trauma must find ways to move past survival, and to work towards discovering themselves.  While survival is indeed a precious gift, there comes a point in time when every survivor deserves to branch out towards the journey of discovering and reclaiming their true potentials and individual passions.  It just so happens that Diann Diaz found her greatest passion in helping others to overcome victimhood.  Her dedication to the advocacy for survivors of violence is insatiable.  You can learn a lot from this amazing woman.
